Sarah Gellar has studied tae kwon do since she was 9 years old. "a lot of kids took ballet or jazz, but I was a bit of a tomboy," says the actress. It's a skill that has served her well in her role as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, for which she performs many of her own stunts. But now that Gellar is spending a 14-hour days on the set of her upcoming film, I Know What You Did Last Summer, she's too busy fighting exhaustion to fight off opponents in the gym. It has even been tough to work in her regular cross-training routine of alternating cardiovascular exercises with circuit training. Not wanting to turn from slayer to slacker, Gellar sprang into action and invested in a mini trampoline, which not only keeps her in top aerobic shape but lets her perfect her martial-arts kicks, wherever she happens to be.
